Job Opening: Full-time Account Manager
Position: Account Manager Company; Wise Option Industry: SAAS, Veterinary Practice Management Software Company Type: Work From Home (WFH), Full-Time Wise Option has provided veterinary practices and hospitals across the country with an innovative and productive way to manage their practices. Our team strives to create relationships built on trust, integrity, and productivity, both within the company and with our clients. The best part is, we have fun doing it! Essential Functions: As an account manager, you will work under our Support and Implementation Manager. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and new and current Wise Option Users. You will collaborate with the team and various departments to see that relationships are nurtured and communication is running smoothly. As an AM, you will be proactive with customer service, working to mitigate issues and answer queries. Additionally, you will coordinate and facilitate software implementation and training for new users. Qualifications: Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Willing to work CST business hours
- Own a laptop or computer
- Strong comprehension and in-depth experience with Wise Option software
- Ability to travel for on-site user training (approximately 90% WFH, 10% travel)
- Cannot currently work for a Wise Option client
Preferred:
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to ensure client objectives are met with a positive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills involving analytics, troubleshooting, and fact and conclusion establishment
- Experience with customer service
